It has been my pleasure and privilege to have been the Principal at Newland Hurst for the past 15 years. However, the time has come for me to move on and a replacement is now sought. I will be happy to work alongside the successful applicant as you familiarise yourself with the job. It is anticipated that you will have a relevant professional qualification in social care or learning disability nursing. If you are not already a NVQ4 Registered Manager you will be required to undertake this award. You will manage a committed and hard working staff team whilst ensuring high quality care provision. Some interesting and exciting changes are afoot and you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering services.
